1. Product status

Coddi is currently in development. Features, launch dates, and future pricing are subject to change.

Today this website is an information page and a waitlist sign-up. The Coddi product is not yet available to use, no accounts can be created, and the site does not accept payments. Any feature described on this site describes what we are building, and nothing on this site is a binding commitment to deliver a specific feature by a specific date. Prices shown are planned prices and may change before launch.

2. Using this website

By using this website, you agree to use it lawfully and reasonably. You must not:

• use the site for any unlawful, fraudulent or harmful purpose;
• submit an email address that is not yours or that you are not authorised to use;
• attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site, its database, or its infrastructure;
• interfere with the site's operation, including through automated abuse of the waitlist form;
• copy, scrape or republish substantial parts of the site without our permission.

We may restrict access to the site, or remove an email address from the waitlist, if it is used in breach of these terms.

3. Joining the waitlist

Joining the waitlist is free and creates no obligation on either side. It does not guarantee early access, a place in any queue, a particular launch date, or any specific price. We handle the address you submit as described in our Privacy Policy, and you can ask us to remove it at any time.

4. Payments and refunds

Coddi does not currently accept payments. Refund rules will be published before sales begin. No paid plan is available at this time, and no button on this site charges you or creates a subscription.

5. Cancellation

Paid plans do not exist yet, so there is nothing to cancel today. Once paid plans launch, our intention is that:

• you will be able to cancel your subscription at any time by emailing us at admin@coddi.io;
• cancelling stops all future charges — you will not be billed again after you cancel;
• you keep access to the paid features until the end of the period you have already paid for.

Full subscription, cancellation and refund terms will be published on this site before we start accepting payments.

6. Intellectual property

The Coddi name, logo, wordmark, website design, text, graphics and underlying source code belong to the Coddi project and its owner, and are protected by copyright and trade mark law. These terms give you no licence to use them, apart from viewing this website normally in your browser. Names of other products or companies mentioned on this site belong to their respective owners.

7. No warranty

This website is provided on an “as is” basis. We work to keep the information on it accurate and the site available, but we do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any described feature will be released as described.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of this website, including lost profits, lost business, or loss of data. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

9. Changes to these terms

Because the product is in development, we may update these terms — for example when accounts or payments launch. The current version is always the one published on this page, and the date at the top shows when it last changed. Significant changes affecting people on the waitlist will also be sent by email.
